Become a Certified Executive Coach Through Howard University and The Sherpa Library

The Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification at Howard University combines in-person instruction, virtual learning, and real-world coaching experience to prepare professionals to become effective executive coaches.

This hybrid program is designed for working professionals who want to build coaching capability while maintaining their professional responsibilities. Participants earn the Certified Sherpa Coach (CSC) designation and a Certificate of Program Completion from Howard University and The Sherpa Library.

Hybrid Certification Experience

• Week One: In-Person (Howard University, Washington DC)

• 90-Day Practicum Coaching Experience
• Weekly Instructor Support
• Peer Coaching
• Applied Case Studies

This format allows participants to learn, apply, and refine coaching skills over time.

Upon successful completion, participants receive:

Cancellation or Refund

The Sherpa Library will issue a refund, minus a $250 processing fee, for cancellations made at least 35 days prior to the course start date listed for your program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to info@sherpa-library.com.

If a program is canceled by The Sherpa Library, we will refund the full enrollment fee. The Sherpa Library is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, hotels, or travel agencies. A final confirmation will be emailed to participants approximately one month before the beginning of the course.
