Over four transformative days in Lexington, Kentucky, you’ll explore what it means to lead with intention, authenticity, and presence. Guided by experienced Sherpa Executive Coaches, Dani Redder, DeCoffette Ward, and Brenda Corbett, you’ll engage in immersive experiences — including equine coaching and other embodied learning practices — that awaken clarity, courage, and connection.

You’ll leave with renewed energy, actionable strategies, and a supportive community of women leaders committed to leading with kindness and clarity — in work, in life, and within themselves.

Investment:
Early Bird Rate – $4,995 when purchased before February 28, 2026.
Standard Rate – $5,295 after February 28, 2026.

Your registration includes accommodations, happy hour and light fare on Sunday, dinner on Tuesday, daily breakfast and lunch, all retreat materials, and scheduled group experiences. Travel to Lexington, dinner on Sunday and Monday, and optional add-on activities are not included.
